We launched our Nibley City Indoor Recreation Feasibility study in June of 2024 after confirming interest in indoor recreation through multiple surveys including the USU Wellbeing Survey (2021, 2022, 2024) and our update to Parks and Recreation Master Plans in 2017 and 2024. After recent feedback as a part of our current feasibility study at the Nibley Heritage Days Recreation Center outreach booth, it was clear that our Nibley residents wanted to explore possible collaboration with other communities in the South End of Cache Valley to consider the possibility of a shared Recreation and Wellness Center. Along with other communities participating in this survey Nibley City residents are welcome to share their feedback and confirm their preferences for indoor recreation amenities through this survey. Based on the results of the survey Nibley City and other communities will INDIVIDUALLY determine what the next best step is to addressing community recreation needs for their respective residents. To be clear we are NOT building a Recreation Center (at least not yet), there are a number of questions to answer to determine what may be possible (see Project Information) We encourage all residents on the south end of Cache Valley to participate in the survey regardless of their interest in a recreation center.
