Decorating Contest Rules:
1-Participation is open to all Nibley residents.
2-Contest is limited to what can be seen from the street side of the house at night.
3-Submitting this entry form allows Nibley City Recreation permission to use any images and or video of the decorated home for promotional purposes.
4-Live people or animals are not allowed as part of the display. However, animated beings/creatures, dead people or animals, magical creatures including unicorns, ligers, donkey Unicorns, Narwhals, and creatures from Harry Potter, actual ghosts, PIRATES, superhero’s and or villains, vampires, witches, wizards, aliens, Wookie’s, BIG FOOT, and zombies or anything like unto it are allowed, ..
5-Keep it Frightfully Fun- displays featuring anything racially inappropriate, a noose, or diabolic symbols will automatically be disqualified and will not be included in the Spooktacular self guided tour.
6-Category winners must display the category lawn sign until Oct 31st

Entry is FREE
Deadline for all entries is Mon Oct 16th @ Midnight! Judging on Oct 18th & 19th, 2023, with award presentations on Oct 20th & 21st (Judges decisions are final). Winners will be presented with fabulous prizes at their home generally in the late evening of Oct 20th or 21st, or will be contacted at the phone # and or e-mail provided. We request that participants keep their houses decorated through Halloween for the frightful delight of the community.
Judges will evaluate entries for a variety of category awards which may include:
(Theme, Overall presentation, Special Effects, Frightfully Fun). Scores will be tallied and awards presented on Oct 20th & 21st
